What the licence covers
The licence is suitable for admission-free events
With regard to Gramex, the licence covers the use of background music (including streaming services, radio, computer, sound recordings, internet radio, and TV) at the event.
The licence allows you to organise ten events. The licence is valid for 12 months from the start date.
The licence is suitable for events with up to 3,000 participants.
An event refers to a single, one-off event, which may last several days.
The licence does not apply to
Companies or event producers that organise events professionally
Events that include live music, DJ performances, or karaoke
Events that charge an admission fee

Other terms
To play background music at an event, an additional licence covering the rights of music authors and publishers is required. This licence can be obtained from Teosto’s licensing service.
The licence is invoiced for 12 months at a time. It is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and will then automatically renew for the following 12-month period.
- The licence can be terminated no later than one month before the end of the current 12-month period.
