The interval music in the restaurant licence covers the public performance of phonogram music in-between the pauses of live music performances.

Information about the licence
- The licence is intended for eg. restaurants, pubs and bars, cafés, dance restaurants and nightclubs
- The licence covers the public performance of phonogram music (e.g. TV, radio, computer, CD and streaming services suitable for public use) in-between the pauses of live music performances as granted by Gramex
- If the restaurant has a valid background music licence, no separate license for interval music is required
- Please remember to obtain a separate background music at the event performance licence from Teosto (from Teosto’s licence service or by sending an email to the address: tapahtumat@teosto.fi)
- The licence is venue specific
- The billing cycle is selected when purchasing a licence, and it can be annual, semi-annual or quarterly
- The licence is valid until further notice and the notice period for the licence is one month
