Special terms and conditions: Music in an educational establishment 
If the customer has chosen only the license of rightholders represented by Teosto or Gramex at the time of concluding this agreement, the agreement shall cover only those rights.
By this music usage license agreement, GT Music Licences Ltd grants, as assigned by Teosto and Gramex, the license to the public performance of music and agrees on the compensation set out in section 47 of the Finnish Copyright Act.
By this usage license agreement, the customer:
- obtains from Teosto the non-exclusive right to use works represented by Teosto at a given time for public performance as background music in educational establishments in connection with activities thereof.
- agrees with Gramex on the compensation payable to performing artists for the public performance of the music videos in the educational establishment in connection with activities thereof.
The license does not cover dance teaching.
The license is venue specific.
